“Naked” Style Cakes: little to no icing
Garden of Berries: Gluten free almond torte, mascarpone Chantilly, Kirsch, berries
Bourbon Apple Pie: Brown Sugar cake, apple pie compote, bourbon caramel buttercream
… some flavors above are also adaptable to the “naked” presentation.

I love to collaborate with couples designing unique cakes reflecting their individual style. All my baking is completely from scratch using high quality ingredients and imported Chocolate couvertures. Most of are iced with Swiss meringue buttercream (all butter), unless completely naked. Fondant icing or pliable white chocolate may by applied over this. I can also use Chocolate Ganache or Marzipan. Depending on the season, location and venue, some mediums might be better suited than others, or the cake may not be on displayable for the entire reception.
Floral embellishments can be made of gum paste, white chocolate, rice paper, and yes, nature’s best, fresh and natural. Edible metallic and gold leaf are other options for design. I charge $40 for tasting and design consultations by appointment. This is deducted from the total cost of a wedding cake if you book with me. Summer of Love: Pound-cake, lemon lavender curd, blueberry ginger compote
Gone Bananas: Banana Cake, white chocolate cream cheese
Salted Caramel Candy Bar: Devil’s food Cake, salted caramel chocolate mousse, toasted pecans
European Style: made with chiffon sponge-cakes that are light and fluffy. All have vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream unless stated otherwise.
Vanilla Crème: Vanilla bean mousseline, chocolate ganache or raspberry coulis.
Lemon Raspberry: Lemon mousse, fresh raspberries, Limoncello buttercream
Soleil: Lemon curd, lemon mousse
Chocolate Raspberry: 70% Chocolate Mousse, fresh raspberries, Framboise eau de vie
Chocolate Duet: 70% Chocolate Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse, orange, Grand Marnier
Tiramisu: Marsala Zabliogne, Mascarpone, Espresso, Rum
